What are your opening hours?

Our spring opening hours are 9.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Saturday. 

Do you deliver? 

We only offer delivery on wholesale orders currently. Please contact us if you have a wholesale enquiry. 

Are your products suitable for vegans? 

The vast majority of our bread is vegan. Some of our sweet range is vegan, including iced buns, Chelsea buns, lardie cake, flapjack, and more. We also have a small selection of vegan pasties. (N.B. The shop staff know exactly what is / is not vegan and will happily answer any questions that you have).  

Do you sell any gluten-free products? 

We make gluten-free* bread and rolls every Tuesday. We have a range of gluten-free confectionery in the shop, including scones, fudge brownie, meringues, macaroons, muffins, etc. We also stock frozen gluten-free pasties and sausage rolls, that can be baked on request, or bought frozen. (N.B. We get these from a local company called “Baked To Taste”) 

*Please note that while our GF products are made with 100% gluten-free ingredients, other products in our bakery shop do contain gluten, so we cannot guarantee that trace amounts of gluten will not be present.

Do you make bespoke cakes (i.e. birthday cakes)? 

Unfortunately we are not able to take orders for bespoke / personalised cakes at this time. However we do occasionally make sponges, gateaux and cupcakes, which can be purchased in the shop depending on availability. 

How do I order for collection? 

Just send us an email (lansdownbakery@gmail.com), message (Facebook), or give us a ring (01288 352777) with your order,  ideally 24 hours before you need it. We will have it ready for you to collect the following day. You can also request our bank details if you would like to pay for it online.
